BECOMING A MEMBER IS EASY!
The Fort Worth Civic Orchestra is always looking for talented musicians. We welcome new members at the beginning of each season but remain open to adding new players throughout the season.
String players and percussion are welcome to join the orchestra without auditioning. Because positions in the wind sections are currently filled, interested wind players may audition for the music director to be added to our substitute list.
Open positions:
- Bassoon 2
- All Strings. Although string players do not need to audition, please look at the excerpts below as indicative of music you may come across while playing in the orchestra.
